My journey into mortgage lending began nearly 3 decades ago, shaped by the discipline, integrity, and service-first mindset I developed as a U.S. Navy Veteran. Those core values laid the foundation for how I approach every client relationship: with honor, commitment, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
Community service has always played a major role in my life. Over the years, I’ve served as a Big Brother, coached my kids in youth sports, and had the honor of being President of my local Rotary Club. These experiences taught me that leadership is about showing up consistently, listening deeply, and putting people first—principles that remain central to how I lead and operate today.
As the Owner and President of Hill Mortgage, I’m proud to work alongside my wife, who brings an impressive 38 years of mortgage industry expertise. Together, we’ve built a husband-and-wife lending team that blends deep experience with a warm, personal touch.
